Here is the ingredients for some lovely sponge cake

• 4 eggs
• 250g of flour
• 250g of caster suger
• 250g of soffend butter
• half a tea spoon of bakeing soda
• for decoraiting
• 500g of wipped cream
• 250g of raseberry jam
• methoud
• 1 preheat the oven to 180 degrese
• 2 ster butter and suger together
• 3 add the flour and baking sodaand stir
• 4 stir all the eggs in a separate boll then add to the mixture
• 5 greas 2 cake moulds
• 6 put the cake mixture into the cake moulds
• 7 put in oven for 25 minuetsor intill cooked through
• 8 take out of oven and place the cakes on a cooling stand
• once cooled decorate withe the cream and jam
